Pre-launch · talking to early operators

The retail decision engine — built by operators, for operators.

One system that replaces the spreadsheets, dashboards, and gut calls running a modern retail operation. Buying, markdown, client intelligence, inventory, margin — ranked daily by EBITDA contribution.

01How it works

Three steps from existing stack
to daily decisions.

01Connect

Plug MILLYA into your existing stack.

POS, ERP, e-commerce, wholesale ledger, CRM, supplier feeds. MILLYA reads what you already have — Shopify, Lightspeed, NetSuite, custom POS, flat files. No replacement, no migration.

  • ·Live sync · sub-3s latency
  • ·Read-only by default
  • ·SOC2 architecture
02Learn

MILLYA models how your operation actually trades.

Categories, seasons, brand floors, gifting patterns, client segments, supplier deals, markdown windows. The model is shaped to your business, not a generic template.

  • ·30+ buying cycles modelled
  • ·Per-category margin curves
  • ·Client cohort analysis
03Decide

Daily decision queue, ranked by EBITDA contribution.

Every morning, your team opens MILLYA to a prioritised list: which SKU to reorder, which client to call, which line to mark down, which supplier to push. Each action shows the projected margin impact and a confidence interval.

  • ·180+ decisions / day
  • ·Explainable recommendations
  • ·Action ownership tracked

The interfaces below are illustrative — MILLYA's design language with fabricated data. The product is in build; these screens show where it's heading.

I · Inventory

Open-to-buy, ranked by EBITDA.

Every category against margin, carrying cost, sell-through, and brand-floor commitments. The reorder list is no longer a feeling.

II · Margin

Brand P&L — live, attributed, actionable.

Which brand subsidises which? Which floor placement returns its rent? MILLYA scores every brand by EBITDA contribution and tells you what to do tomorrow.

IV · Markdown

Markdown that doesn't bleed.

Carrying cost crosses brand-floor sensitivity? You see it before it costs you. Recommended discount, holding period, and projected EBITDA delta — per SKU.

03Outcomes

MILLYA's first customer
is the operator who built it.

MILLYA is being built inside First Boutique — five stores across Cyprus trading hard luxury since 2012. These are the numbers we delivered ourselves running the floor — the operating practices MILLYA encodes into software.

012023 → 2025
−42%

Markdown waste fell sharply.

Aged inventory > 90 days, year over year, across all categories at First Boutique. Markdown decisions moved from quarterly reviews to a faster operating cadence — the discipline MILLYA is being built to encode.

022024 → 2025
+18%

Margin contribution per euro of inventory climbed.

EBITDA per inventory euro, weighted across the four sales channels. The reorder discipline against margin curves is what moves this number — and what MILLYA is being built to ship as software.

035y rolling
78%

Top clients retained.

5-year retention rate for clients in the 'Anchor' cohort. Outreach shifted from quarterly mailer cycles to scheduling against affinity drift — another practice MILLYA is being built to encode.

* Numbers reported from internal First Boutique audit. We don't publish per-brand or per-client figures — those stay with the operator.

We trade luxury retail.
Then we built the software for it.

Co-founder · Operator·

Ilya Loshak

Built First Boutique from a single store in Limassol in 2012 to a five-store multi-brand house. Buys, sells, marks down, and runs the floor. Lives the operator's daily.

Co-founder · Group·

Mikhail Lebedev

Co-founded Millya Group with Ilya. Fifteen years of multi-vertical retail in Cyprus and the wider Mediterranean. Knows the supplier side as well as the floor.

Fourteen years of trading retail · MILLYA now in build

  • 2012First Boutique opens its first store in Limassol.
  • 2014Multi-brand house — luxury fashion. Five stores by 2018.
  • 2020Margins under pressure. Off-the-shelf retail software doesn't speak luxury. We start sketching a system.
  • 2026We start building MILLYA — and showing the work to a small group of independent retail operators.

If you run retail —we should talk.

MILLYA is being built inside First Boutique. In 2026 we're talking to a small group of independent retailers — single stores, multi-brand groups, concept operations trading at scale — about what we're shipping and what they actually need. Tell us about your operation; we'll get back within two business days.
